The QA team is expanding to meet the needs of our growing customer base in making our e-mail marketing tool one of the best in the world.  We need an experienced QA Automation Engineer to assist in implementing a state of the art QA lab, and a robust test framework for automated scripts in a web based environment.  The automation engineer will need to use their technical skills and QA best practices methodologies to assist in designing an effective and efficient test automation suite.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Review, run and create automated test scripts
• Deliver effective and efficient test methods (scenarios) and provide leadership in the area of creating an easily maintainable test framework
• Assist in the design of test cases and QA workflows to easily create automated scripts
• Assist in the design of and set up of a state of the art test lab
• Serve as a mentor (lead) to other automation engineers
• Responsible for working with other members of the development team to ensure that quality is "built in" from the ground up in products and processes
• Responsible for ensuring that the company's products meet total quality management standards and other reliability standards
• Proactively communicate with peers, management, and cross functional teams to address and resolve issues
• Identify and communicate Quality Process improvements focused on all automated test requirements
• Work with operations / systems to set up and design scalability, performance and load testing infrastructure

Minimum Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in test strategy, planning, test creation and execution
• 3+ years of experience developing test automation frameworks
• 2+ years of experience with load and performance test tools
• Ability to think analytically and to effectively communicate problems and fixes
• 5+ years of experience with functional automation tools like Selenium, AutoIt, QTP, Silk Test, Rational Robot
• Solid knowledge of current Quality Assurance methodologies, best practices, and tool sets
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Familiarity on an agile software team (preferably using Scrum framework)
• Solid understanding of Agile testing methods
• Experience working in a test environment using Continuous Integration practices
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills required
• Resourcefulness and ability to take the initiative in the development environment and on cross functional teams
• Ability to participate in, as well as promote, a good working team environment yet have the ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of different operating systems and browsers
• Understanding and working knowledge of SaaS concepts is preferred
• Experience with scalability, performance and load testing would be a plus
