QA Lead/Manager with Healthcare domain (Multiple Skillsets)
Location: Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT & Portsmouth, NH
QA Lead/Manager Skill set:
* Strong Project Management skills with experience managing complex IT projects within an integrated program
* Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to provide clear direction to set matrixed resources
* Experienced in use of PM tools to track all aspects of QA projects
* Manage, plan, administer, and/or execute Quality Assurance (QA) test activities during all test-related project phases, for one or more IT projects within a Client Release.
Test activities include: design, develop and execute test strategies/plans; debug and troubleshoot; perform impact and gap analysis; and, coordinate test resources, status reporting, issue resolution, defect tracking and defect triage activities
* Communicate (verbal and written) with business, development, and senior management, on the progress of the Release Period project goals, objectives, and testing efforts
Generic Tester Skill set:
Must be proficient with the following tools:
o Mercury Quality Center
o Rational ClearQuest - For defect tracking
o Rational ClearCase - For artifacts version controlling
Must be proficient with the following processes:
o Testing Methodology * Artifacts management and Review process at each Testing life-cycle
o Experience in working as a separate group for QA testing
o Performance process understanding
Mainframe Testers:
In addition to the above skills, the candidate must have
o Mainframe (CICS/Batch job) execution skill
o Experience in DB2
o Mainframe Endevor skills
Web Testers:
In addition to the above skills, the candidate must have
o Experience in web testing
DWH Testers:
In addition to the above skills, the candidate must have
· Experience in DWH ETL tool -- Data Stage.
