Supervise QA team members through hiring, performance appraisals, pay rate reviews, delegating, promoting, coaching, counseling and terminating as needed
Support development and maintenance of software-based systems

Experience with SAP Point of Sales (POS)
Retail IT experience; store-side retail preferred
Project management experience
Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodology and procedures
Knowledge of POS hardware and software troubleshooting
