Job Overview: We are looking for Quality Assurance (Manager/Lead) having good experience with HP,Mercury,Quality Center in in New York, NY.

 

Responsibilities:
- Quality Management Tools strategy lead/manager
- Must have great client facing presentation, positioning, and communications skills
- Must have basic business development experience and aptitude
- Must have the ability and experience in leading QA teams
- Must have a deep understanding of quality management, QA, testing
- Must be an expert in HP software tool including implementation, deployment,upgrades, infrastructure, administration, customization, automation, assessment, strategy, etc. IBM Rational tools experience would be a plus
- Must have large rollout management experience of the tools especially in FS
- Must have at least one HP CPC certification or equivalent, preferably in QC
- Must understand quality processes and methodologies, preferably a certification in CMM, ITIL, SIX Sigma, CSTE, TPI/TMAP or other similar methods
- Experience with FS organizations needed.
- Experience working with India offshore a plus
- Consulting knowledge and background is preferred
- Must be willing to travel up to 100%
- Must be proactive, energetic, passionate and aggressive.
