QA Project Manager

Manage QA staff and QA process and global delivery model. Responsible for project management and tracking. Manage QA Data flow process and QA deployment. Analyze the re-engineering of existing work flows for QA, Software Development Life Cycle, Charge Management, Release Management and testing. Manage projects using manual and automation tools. Provide resource management of on-site and off-shore bug fixers. Act as single point of contact for the team. Establish communication plan for reporting test execution progress and quality results to variety of executive stakeholders. Establish and maintain test approach in System Integration Testing including planning, preparing execution, control and closeout. Establish and coordinate a test execution schedule with test executors, development teams and environment teams in System Integration Testing. Establish and oversee a defect management process which ensures defects are covered, resolved and retested in an efficient and effective manner for SIT.  Minimum 5 years experience; travel required.
