Requirements:
Knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations on over-the-counter drugs (OTC) & International regulations
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Lab Practices.
Requires good communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Words & Microsoft Outlook
Working knowledge of over-the-counter drugs (OTC), cosmetic microbiology and quality testing
Basic knowledge of statistics and math
FDA Experience is a must! High level Manager
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, reports and government regulations
Good problem solving skills
Ability to establish and implement standard operating procedures
High levels of motivation, initiative and energy
Work well under pressure
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry from a four year college or university.
Minimum 5 years experience and/or training as a Quality Control Chemist
