| Description:
QA/QC Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and auditing of the Quality Plan including Standard Operating Procedures and Processes related activities for all phases of project work.
Duties to include: - Monitor the staffing and adherence to the approved quality control plan for all project phases - Audit project design and specifications for technical acceptance suitability for proposed budge audit schedule - Liaise with Client on Quality matters and represent the Quality function at Project meetings as required - Direct Quality, Inspection and Project Team personnel for establishment and continuity of Quality Standards throughout the Project - Ensure that all Project Personnel are aware of the Quality requirements; organize training sessions as needed - Review Subcontractor's Quality Plans to ensure correct interpretation of requirements and instigate quality audits as deemed necessary to verify implementation - Resolve and maintain log of Project Non-conformance, Best Practices and Lessons Learned - Ensure that a system is developed for the compilation of As-Built records |
