Key Responsibilities:

Test customer site builds prior to release
Test product releases and end user functionality
Communicate with developers
Assist Senior System Administrator to resolve operational issues

Knowledge:

Fluency in at least one of the following programming languages (Perl, Python, PHP)
Knowledge of SQL and databases
Experience working on web-sites
Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office Products, IE7, Firefox
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Ability to work systematically to ensure thorough verification and validation testing is complete
Capacity to adapt in an ever-changing environment
Attention to detail and follow-through on open issues
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (preferred)
1-3 years in a technical role (Tech Support, Information Technology, Help Desk)
