- Develop, monitor, maintain and continuously improve the factory wide Quality Assurance Program
- Monitor product quality, maintain QA records, and report on compliance with quality specifications
- Assist with product development projects
- Advise management on quality aspects of factory operation
- Monitor effectiveness of sanitation operations
- Ensure GMP regulatory compliance
- Manage and administer QA training
- BS in Food Technology or related field
- 3+ years experience in a food processing environment
- Advanced understanding of tomato processing principles including aseptic processing strongly preferred
- Understanding of food processing techniques and equipment
- Communication, organizational, motivational, planning, and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations with respect to food processing
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
