· You must have significant experience with Manufacturing processes that could include welding, stamping, painting, and related hydraulics/ pneumatics
· You must have hands-on experience with CMM operation and programming
· You must have experience with problem-solving of daily manufacturing problems
· You must be knowledgeable about quality metrics and metrology
· You must be a problem-solver and a strong trouble-shooter
· You must be professional and present a strong image.
· You must have a stable and documented work history.
· You must be familiar with Lean manufacturing techniques (Six Sigma preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION: This Company is a manufacturing operation of consumer hard goods. The company supplies mechanical assemblies. They are expanding and upgrading. The company has a need for qualified individuals to support production by providing technical expertise to maintain quality standards and resolve any problems that may arise. This position will be key to problem free manufacturing flow and assured customer confidence and dependability.

REQUIREMENTS: The Company requires a BS Technical degree and a minimum of 5 years Quality department experience. Experience dealing with high speed equipment in a high volume manufacturing facility is required. Required experience includes previous on-the-floor experience. Experience with manufacturing processes, and procedures including documentation and reporting are necessary. Company is seeking individuals with the capability to develop manufacturing procedures and programs consistent with quality end products.
