Ø        Plan and coordinate Systems Integration Testing for DWS application releases
Ø        Review and provide feedback on Requirements, SAS, Design, System, and Integration test cases, & scenarios and results
Ø        Plan, coordinate, and conduct Systems Integration Testing with other application test leads to ensure end to end coverage
Ø        Create Test documentation according to QATS Test Methodology and perform Test Plan Walkthroughs
Ø        Support UAT as needed (participate in UAT defect mtgs, provide feedback on test results, etc)
Ø        Create test data for QATS testing and UAT testing (based on UAT data requests)
Ø        Review and approve LOE proposals from outside vendors, as well as, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and final results
Ø        Review and analyze Performance test results
Ø        Lead and support test methodology implementations and improvements
Ø        Responsible for Metrics reporting for DWS releases and over-all Release Status Reporting


for Success:
Ø       Bachelor's degree, and/or a minimum of five (5) years of progressively challenging large-scale, team oriented, multi-disciplinary testing experience
Ø       Effective communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere in order to lead and influence positive quality results among other test teams
Ø       Experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, performance, operational and user acceptance testing; including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes
Ø       Experience in developing test strategies, and managing all aspects of software testing, including outsource vendor management and business interaction
Ø       Experience in Web testing and web configurations, such as Weblogic servers
Ø       Must be able to manage risks and issues, related to project and resource planning
Ø       Familiarity with standard tools and utilities such as SQL Query tools
 
Ideal Qualifications:
Ø       Proficient in Quality Center, Quick Test Pro (QTP) and SOATest
Ø       An understanding of Java, HTML, and XML
