We are looking for a Systems Engineer for one of the client's in Rockville, MD.  This is for a 6 month contracting position.

Systems Engineer- someone who has deployed Web applications using Tomcat. This person must be the primary person responsible at their job for deploying Tomcat. A lead would be preferred. Not someone on a team where they deployed it, but they were in charge of the deployment. Looking for a very stable, trustworthy person. Spring Framework knowledge is also nice as is Weblogic however that is going away next year so not required.

Responsible for the deployment, administration and support of systems components, including enterprise infrastructure, information systems,, and Internet technologies. Must have experience as the primary or sole deployer of J2EE/Spring applications to Tomcat application servers

1. Windows Server 2008 -- a very big plus
2. Weblogic installation and administration (Some knowledge)
4. Tomcat installation and administration (Advanced )
5. ANT build scripts (Advanced)
6. OS Script (.sh, .cmd, .bat) creation (Advanced)
7. Strong Release Management experience
8. Good understanding of J2EE concepts
