Description

QC IT Systems Data Coordinator

Specifically QC IT Systems Waters Empower 2 CDS and Agilent chemLMS QC Client


• Work with the end users to determine data requirements
• Ensure that data that is entered into the QC IT SYSTEMS system is accurate, conforms to the formats required by the system and is entered in a compliant manner.
• Work with the various data providers to collect and enter the data required so that the system is maintained in line with changes the business is planning.
• Have a broad understanding of the significance of the data being collected and be responsible to collect and enter the data in a timely manner.
• Perform data accuracy checks to monitor and maintain data accuracy to within the parameters defined.



• Bachelor of Science and 4-5 years of experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoys a changeable/fast moving environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Enjoys a fast paced, multi tasking, changeable environment
• Ability to work with Cross Functional Group(s) to come to a consensus.
• Good understanding of the QC IT SYSTEMS data maintenance process including deviation management and the use of change management process.
• Good understanding of QC IT SYSTEMS data fields and general impact of changes. 
• Good understanding of the business processes performed by end users to be able to understand the values entered into the system.
• Good Understanding of the business process to provide impact assessment of procedural / configuration changes.
• Good computing skills and be well organized.
• Good GMP knowledge and the importance of various parameters entered into the system.
• Customer focused – to ensure that the data is maintained in the system within the time frames agreed., Not Specified
