REQUIREMENTS:
We are searching for highly professional managers of asphalt mix labs that have an in-depth understanding of the make up and design of mixes, and are able to oversee the design and development of asphalt mixes, as well as mentor train and oversee a team of lab technicians.
The right individual will have a strong understanding of both quality and cost-effectiveness, and maintaining a balance between the two, as well as strong vendor management abilities and the ability to negotiate with vendors of chemical components, and overseeing purchasing aspects.
The successful candidate will also have a strong “can do”, positive and pro-active attitude and desire to help mentor and train the lab staff around them for a strong team environment that is solution oriented.
