Perform routine and non-routine analysis of Environmental monitoring (viable and non-viable particulate) and Utilities (WFI, Clean steam, Nitrogen, Compressed air etc) sample, bioburden, endotoxin, conductivity, TOC testing.


Job Responsibilities:

* Collection of viable samples from Air and Surfaces (Swab/RODAC).
* Collection of Non-viable particle samples from air.
* Collection of Utilities (WFI, Clean steam, Nitrogen, Compressed air) samples
* Perform bioburden, TOC, endotoxin (LAL), conductivity testing of utilities samples.
* Perform bioburden, sterility, endotoxin test of raw materials, in-process and finished product.
* Perform growth promotion testing of different microbiological media.
* Perform microbial identification and maintain of pure culture.
* Analyze test data to support Quality control and manufacturing
* Document results of tests and record in accordance with cGMP regulation
* Write or update existing SOP.
* Maintain clean and safe work environment.
* Perform any other task assigned by the management
