QC Packaging Analyst I / II
Provides QC oversight for packaging and components operations in the warehouse. Duties include fulfilling sampling plans, product samplings and measurements, review of standards and documentation of defects and errors in size, shape, color, consistency of packaging.
The pay rate is based on experience and ranges between $13 to $20 / hour. The schedule will be 12 hour shifts (7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am) working 2-3 days on and 2-3 days off.
Required skills:
Experience in pharma or consumer goods packaging systems preferred. Knowledge of basic statistical sampling and product sampling protocols needed. Experience with ACCEPTABLE QUALITY LIMITS (AQL) standards and methods very much preferred.
Leadership for design, performance and continuous improvement of quality systems and quality assurance systems related to incoming packaging components, parts and supplies, used to package product at Laurinburg, NC plant.
Need Associates + 1 or 2 more years in Quality inspection environment, or BS degree + 1 year more experience in supplier quality management systems.
