This role is responsible for managing activities surrounding site audits and customer visits from coordinating the visits, ensuring that customer needs are met, to completing a professional output report at the conclusion of each audit. The Site Audit Manager will report to the site Quality Director with guidance from Operations Director. 



What we offer\:


• Works under guidance and instruction of Plant Management and Quality team during customer audits/ visits
• Maintains site visit calendar
• Facilitates communications amongst teams prior to, during, and post-audit/ visit
• Develops an understanding of the audit / customer visit including certification standards and requirements
• Processes information and makes relevant conclusions during the audit
• Manage the customer visits to support\: specifications, qualifications, and technology projects.
• Provide timely responses and on site technical support to customers. Timely turnaround of laboratory analysis to support customer troubleshooting and product qualifications.
• Provide valuable feedback to the management team on customer needs and expectations.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries to provide customer satisfaction • Coordinates meeting rooms, agenda, personnel, and accommodations during visits
• Creates standards based on customer requirements and establishes process to which audits / customer visits will follow
• Establish standard reports and proactively provide to customers annually to reduce the need of onsite visits
• Manages supplier improvement plans with customers and coordinates activities with quality engineering and internal teams to improve processes and communication
• Works as an auditor with internal audit team
• Team player – Be a committed, collaborative, dependable, reliable, and enthusiastic problem solver.
• Interfaces and communicates with Henkel Aerospace internal departments, customers, and 3rd party certifiers. Maintain and develop key relationships with customer key account contacts. • Perform other duties as assigned


Who we are looking for\:


• Degree in chemistry, engineering or related technical discipline. Project Management experience preferred

• Must have the ability to organize and execute plans methodically and work well with all other personnel.

 • 5+ years of quality work experience. Quality certification, CQE, CMQ/OE, and/or CSSBB desired. Understanding of quality standards AS9100/9102, ISO/TS16949, NADCAP, SAE, SQA, APQP, metrology, SPC, and MSA desired.

• Up to date computer skills are essential, including business typing skills, strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, peers, and upper management

• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects is essential

• Modest, helpful person with a willingness to bring together teams for a common purpose – excellent interpersonal skills
