We are seeking an experienced and talented Quality ASSURANCE Manager within our Client’s well-established, high-volume manufacturing facility.  Our ideal candidate possesses the following experience and skills:

·      5 Years Quality Assurance and direct management experience with solid delegation & team building skills

·        High-volume manufacturing facility experience

·      Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Quality

·        Solid analytical and problem solving skills

·        Effective communication skills: oral, written, & presentation

·      Solid knowledge in the following:

o       ISO 9001:200

o       PPAP

o       ISIR

o       Metallurgy including heat treat

o       Gears

o       Machining / Grinding

o       Mechanical power transmission

o       Bearings

• Maintain and improve quality programs using ISO 9001:200
• Perform inspection of precision machine components
• Work directly with customers on quality systems and quality assurance for products
• Ensure plant quality meets the highest of standards while verifying cost and timing guidelines are being followed
• Address and resolve employee performance issues
• Resolve quality problems as they arise
• Oversee the compliance of ISO 9001:200 within the plant
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
• Ensure quality standards are met by:        
• Performing analyses of production capability
• Evaluations
• Report findings
• Perform administrative duties including:
• Administration of Quality Department personnel training program
• Data entry
• Report generation
