Requires permanent U.S. residency, a BS degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or Industrial Engineering, three or more years of Quality Engineering experience with a manufacturer using ASME Section VIII welding procedures, and the capability to head up a department within three years.  ASQ certification and exposure to exotic materials is strongly preferred.
