Responsibilities for the position: Assists Quality Manager Update all authorized forms required in RC/PIC ( make necessary changes after consulting with Quality Manager). Assist in the monitoring of file procedure. Assist with Internal Audits. Assist with Corrective Actions forms and keep log updated. Assist with Customer Complaints forms and keep log updated Responsible for sending out customer satisfaction surveys annually, and coordinate Action Plans with Quality Manager. Receives all Inspector Audit Forms and logs them appropriately. Assist in sending inspector's audit reminder forms. Assist in managing meetings, trainings. Assist with follow up of all the procedures requirements (ei. reminders). Assist HR department with the new hired employees forms. Maintain open line of communication with HR Department.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience: Fluent in English (written and oral). Good PC skills (office windows). Familiar with in ISO 9001 Minimum of Associate Degree Level of Education.
