Primary responsibility will be to oversee claims, label approvals, product specifications, and quality auditing for eight beef plants
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Meat Science, or related field preferred
· Extensive product knowledge of beef cuts (primal and subprimal)
· Experience with claims
· Excellent customer service skills
· Knowledge of regulatory aspects of label approvals
· Knowledge of beef product auditing and statistical process control
· Proven leadership experience
