Candidates should have previous automotive experience, be familiar with production processes, Lean Principles and TPS, have three to four years of experience in a Quality field, preferably in supervision, and an associate's degree in technical field.  Must have excellent verbal and communication skills, be able to manage and prioritize projects and have excellent problem solving skills.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Supplier development

Creating standardized work instructions

Quality alerts

Corrective action - 5P and 8D

ADQP and new product development

SPC and capability studies
