We are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team! 

About the Job

Individual will be responsible for facilitating quality management and continuous improvement for a large government program.  Individual should be a hard-working and fast-learning with the ability to perform business management and process librarian tasks. The QA Engineer will perform a variety of tasks including the following:

·         Monitor service desk tickets for data consistency

·         Monitor service desk metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs

·         Report program metrics to  management

·         Develop NSD process documentation

·         Participant in and monitor configuration management process

·         Conduct quality assurance audits

·         Maintain the customer satisfaction feedback process

·         Analyze customer feedback data

·         Implement process improvement to remedy customer satisfaction issues

·         Ensure process compliance with the Six-Sigma DMAIC model

General Requirements

·         BS degree in Computer Science or related field

·         7-10 years of quality management systems experience

·         Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI ver 1.2

·         Knowledge of quality concepts and tools

·         Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment

·         Act as a team player with the ability to work independently

·         Must have excellent work ethic and strong customer service oriented attitude

·         Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills
