Leads360 is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer that will provide an integral link between the development and implementation phases of our Web based software application. The QA Engineer will analyze and test deployments as well as handle day-to-day bug tracking, management and resolution.  This individual must exhibit a high level of teamwork, the ability to operate in a time sensitive environment, and the ability to work closely with the Product Management, Development, and Account Management teams.

We are looking for an individual who will develop our QA process from the ground up and fulfill this essential role in our fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage test plans, test scripts, schedules, and detailed reporting for new software builds and releases.

• Identify and implement automated QA testing programs
  
• Work closely with developers and product management teams on all aspects of the product including reviewing specifications, designing, and implementing automation procedures
  
• Coordinate with account managers to diagnose errors reported by end users and determine appropriate steps to resolve issues.
  
• Work within bug tracking system (bugs reproduced, written up, and tracked from identification, repair, testing, and successful completion)

Qualifications

• Proven ability to learn new technologies in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies a plus: HTML, Ajax, SQL Server,
  
• Substantial QA experience with Enterprise level Web based applications
  
• Experience defining, creating, executing, and documenting Test Plans, Test Cases, defect/bug tracking techniques
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  
• Strong project management skills incorporating an organized, methodical approach and attention to detail
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Development background a plus
