This position will manage and drive the execution of all phases of the delivery lifecycle: Opportunity, Analysis, Prototype, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Monitor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and business acumen.
Responsibilities and managed activities will include:
Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading and conducting required business stakeholder discussions and meetings
Ability to devel op a strong understanding of the business area objectives and their alignment to CLIENT Group's business principles
Build effective relationship network of stakeholders and resources within the organization for project buy-in and sustainment
Ability to compose and maintain compelling business cases and project charters for the business stakeholders that identifies all the major components including the vision roadmap, financial economics and related benefits
The ability to deliver process discovery for sufficient understanding of the current state baseline. This deliverable may contain or be the result of the following: process flows & narratives, interviews and facilitation, common process structures, policies & procedures, applications & integrations, key performance indicators, baseline walkthrough.
The ability to extend the baseline discovery and incorporate the appropriate perspective that will result in the business analysis deliverable that may contain or be the result of the following: comparable benchmarking, baseline measurements, gap analysis, qualitative & quantitative metrics, costing model, business requirements, conclusion / recommendation, possible solutions and future state.
Prototype & Design
Present future state concepts through story boards, flow charting to drive the business needs to a technical requirement sufficient for BPM development.
Perform step by step walkthroughs for proposed solutions to ensure solution expectations are set.
Obtain final sign-off from the business stakeholders.
Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure a high quality process deliverable.
Deploy & Monitor
Drive and institute the necessary activities for both the initial and continuous process deployments within the assigned business area that includes change management, user education & training, solution migration, and the 3 tier support model.
Perform ad visory services to the process owners that address the following factors: business ownership, user adoption rate, metrics & reporting, bottlenecks, process performance and future enhancements.
The best suited candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's (or Advanced) degree, Computer Science preferred.
Preferred Business Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of project management
Minimum of 5+ years experience with process improvement disciplines including BPM, Knowledge Management or Business Intelligence.
Minimum 5+ years experience in organization change & process management methods: Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer interaction, requirements analysis, presentations, training, requirements specifications, system design, and documentation of user guides.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement.
