Quality Assurance Manager-Food Manufacturing

Requirements:

• 5+ years current experience in a USDA food manufacturing facility


• Bachelors Degree


• Excellent verbal and written skills


• Excellent computer skills

Private label meat manufacturing facility seeks experienced Quality Assurance Manager to be responsible for all managerial activities throughout the plant in support of operations and USDA compliance.  Responsible for operation of the entire shift to efficiently meet or exceed production schedules.  Directs production activities to assure efficient and economical utilization of materials and control the quality of units produced.  Schedule and conduct department meetings.  Comply with Safety Injury Illness Prevention Program to ensure injury reduction and a safe work environment, provides safety training and strict observance of safety rules and regulations.  Ensure compliance of HAPPC and GMP programs.
