GROWING RTE MEAT PROCESSOR SEEKING AN OPPORTUNITY MOTIVATED QA MGR TO JOIN THE TEAM.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day operation of the quality assurance program.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of new quality programs.
  
• Responsible for training and development of the QA staff.
  
• Ensures compliance with all facility quality policies and procedures as related to food safety and quality assurance.
  
• Serves as a liason with auditors, evaluators, and visitors from customers, vendors and third parties.
  
• Provides direction and assists in troubleshooting of quality related issues.

Job Requirements 

• 4 year degree in food science, chemical engineering, biology or other related field is required.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisor experience.
  
• Minimum of 5 yearsof quality management experience.
  
• Experience in food manufacturing environment is necessary.
  
• USDA experience
  
• Demonstrated familiarity with quality, HACCP, GMP.
