Responsible for the activities involved in assuring the quality of all products produced during operation. Thisincludes the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of food safety progams (i.e. HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs). The candidates need to be energetic, a self starter, and have the ability to work with cross functionally groups within a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Supervise QA Technician
Monitors the product quality and documentation ( Including HACCP Program) to ensure products complies with specifications.
Supervise operations to comply with all applicable safety laws and regulations as well as the company's procedures and standards.
Develop and implements new methods, procedures, and systems to improve quality performance.
Maintain and/or develop training and development programs that support key performance goals.
Maintains a fair and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
Basic Technial Writing Skills
Good communications skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
B.A. B.S. in the field of science (Biology, Microbiology, Biorobiology, Biochemistry, Food Science)
