Midwest Food Manufacturer seeking Quality Assurance Manager for dry mix and pasta plant. Candidate should have strong background in food and understanding of HACCP and GMP's. Candidate must have strong computer, organizational, supervisory, and analytical skills. Experience in baking mixes and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI - SQF, BRC, etc.) a plus.
