QUALITY ASSURANCE - MANAGER

Required:

·         Bachelors Degree

·         10+ years of IT experience.

·         Experience in managing large and critical QA projects.

·         Demonstrated ability to facilitate between project stakeholders as well as strong organization and presentation skills.

·         Very good Project management experience (SDLC Process, Methodologies, Project Planning and Estimations Techniques etc) with Proficiency in Standard Project Management Tools.

·         Excellent Communication Skills.

Additional Qualifications:-

·         10-12 Yrs of IT Exp.

·         At least 04 yrs in QA Test Manager Role.

·         Good Automation Test Experience.

·         Knowledge of Tools and New Technology.

·         Should be able to set up QA Processes and Best Practices.

·         Insurance Industry experience is a PLUS.
