A NE Ohio Government manufacturer is looking for an experienced, hands-on Quality Assurance Manager.

Skills and Responsibilities:

*    In-depth knowledge of the FAR

    *    Interface with Government Inspectors

*    Inspect product, track and report quality conformance to meet contract specifications

*    Manage the qualification process of product acceptance testing (First Article Testing) and failure analysis

*    Review proposals, contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance

    *    Participate in and conduct customer/supplier visits, reviews and/or audits

    *    Work with Engineering to review new designs and changes

*    Maintain ISO certification

*    Supervise and provide training for line inspection staff.
