Quality Assurance and Community Manager
We are a game development company based in Irvine. Our parent company is a publicly traded company in South Korea. We develop games for mobile and smart phone platforms. We are looking for a qualified individual to join our energetic, creative and talented team in Irvine.
We believe the QA manager is the champion of end user experience and
should be in touch with the behaviors and opinions of today's users.
Therefore, we are looking to fill a position that combines QA skills
with the ability to interface and manage online communities.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for setting up QA system and software
• Responsible for overall test scheduling for project(s)• Ability to effectively hire and supervise an in-house, outsourced or online QA group
• Prioritize and schedule updates and bug fixes based on user feedback
• Interface regularly with management and testers to obtain and
exchange information
• Be the 'expert' on the testing status of the game and its features
• Interact directly with Development team to discuss test scheduling and issues
• Supervise the creation of test cases and test suites that cover all
game functionality
• Offer guidance to all testers in the troubleshooting of escalated
bugs of a complex nature
• Proactively gather feedback from clients and monitor customer satisfaction* Manage online FAQ and forums
