Perform on-site construction Quality Assurance services in support of our client at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This support will include but not be limited to: evaluate schedules, work performance quality, safety oversight, coordination effectiveness, and perform documentation reviews for all repair and construction work in progress or in planning stages. Coordinate actions daily with the on-site point of contacts (POC). Meet daily with on-site contractors performing construction, attend construction meetings, and adhere to the requirements of all Quality Assurance Engineering Regulations, procedures and QA reporting.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of ten years experience with major and minor construction.
• Should possess experience with design/build construction in MILCON related projects.
• Candidate should be experienced in quality assurance, safety, scheduling, inspections, conducting meetings and project final acceptance

Highly Desirable:

• Knowledge of OSHA, and building codes including fire & life safety.
• Two year degree (Technical training and extensive experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
• Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction projects.
• Experience with Design/Build construction.
• Experience with Resident Management System (RMS)
