JOB TITLE:  QUALITY ASSURANCE/REVERSE OSMOSIS
MANAGER

JOB LOCATION:  This job is for IRAQ Only -Employees
do not go into the civilian areas but will only stay in the US secured bases
and will travel to Iraq from Kuwait via US military or charter plane and also
travel from the sites in Iraq with air transportation only.

MISSION: AMD needs a highly skilled and motivated
Quality Assurance Manager.  AMD operates 6 water bottling facilities for
the US Military in Iraq.  AMD has offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, Kuwait,
and Iraq and employs individuals from the US, Canada, Australia, Romania,
Mexico, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka India, Nepal, the Philippines, and
Kuwait.

REPORTING TO:  Plant Manager with dotted line
reporting to Regional QA Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Manage, plan, organize
and direct the activities of the QA/RO unit to ensure timely completion of the
QA functional tasks. Manage the implementation of monitoring programs to
maximize the quality of the finished product and ensuring its compliance with
regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS degree in Science. Quality Assurance or
Food Technology (preferred not required)

·              
Minimum 4 years experience in managing quality
systems documentation & administering FDA requirements.

Ability to learn, operate and understand reverse
osmosis, laboratory testing procedures and water bottling processes

·              
Must demonstrate maturity and willingness to
accept the responsibility of the role

KNOWLEDGE

·

Broad
knowledge of quality policies including knowledge of GMP's, HACCP,

Strong
understanding of reverse osmosis theory and operation

·              
Understanding
and experience in microbiological and chemical testing of water

Product
release and containment, and recalls experience

Working
knowledge of all phases or company manufacturing and quality operations

SKILLS

written and verbal communication skills

human relations skills to effectively staff and manage relevant personnel and
