Quality Assurance Specialist (Team Lead)
ROCKVILLE, MD 20852

SRA International, Inc. is seeking a Quality Team Lead to support a post-marketing safety surveillance program, collecting information about adverse events that occur after the administration of U.S. licensed Drug. The qualified candidate must have previous experience in overseeing quality assurance/quality control processes medically related data. The Quality Control Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring all data entry, medical coding and clinical follow-up activities and products are in accordance with project guidelines.


The selected candidate will regularly:
·         Maintain and enhance quality assurance plan.
·         Develop and maintain historical databases/reports to ensure historical, current and targeted quality performance is captured.
·         Manage a diverse quality oversight staff
·         Identify data quality issues and implement processes that ensure that project output meets established guidelines
·         Gather and review client non-compliance and quality information.
·         Perform data analysis to identify areas for correction and/or training

 

Qualified candidates will have:

•         A minimum of 5 years in Quality Control
•         A minimum of 3 years leading a team and/or supervisory experience

and experience in overseeing quality assurance/quality control processes medically related data. As well as:

•         Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
•         Attention to detail
•         Ability to work in a team setting and with diverse groups
•         Fluency in Microsoft Office Products

·             Fluency with SAS or another statistical package, Experience analyzing large datasets is strongly desired

·              Degree: bachelors

 

Required Degree May Be Waived In Lieu of Relevant Years of Work Experience-6-9yrs.
