Quality Assurance Supervisor
A food manufacturing company in the Midwest is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join its team! This position directly supervises and trains hourly personnel involved in the quality function. Understands and enforces company specifications and standard operating procedures relating to production. Ensures compliance to company programs approved by the USDA where applicable. Enforces company and departmental policies to assure the level of quality established for company products.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree in related field and/or 3 years of experience in meat processing or food manufacturing.
Candidates that are bi-lingual in English/Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply.
