This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Evergreen, Alabama.

The Quality Compliance Manager position will be responsible for environmental, quality, health and safety, for implementation of ISO14001 and to ensure compliance with ISO14001/TS16949.  The position reports to the Quality General Manager, and serves as support between Facilities Maintenance, Production, HR and Quality Control. 

This position requires strong cross-cultural communication skills and assertive, deliberate action to guide operations in quality directives, policies and procedures.  In this light, the Quality Compliance Manager will be responsible for training and re-training of employees in regard to ISO 14001/TS 16949 procedures

Candidates should have

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  
• Must have experience in manufacturing, stamping background preferred
  
• No less than 3 years Quality Management experience in EHS and/or manufacturing quality
  
• Experience with ISO and/or TS compliance and audits
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general web based programs
  
• Self starter with strong project planning and implementation skills
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills
