A profitable division of a growth oriented manufacturer has immediate need for an experienced Quality Control Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following
•Quality System Implementation & Maintenance - to include Writing & Revising Controlled Documents/Policies & Procedures,
•Conducting and documenting of Employee Training on manufacturing procedures,
•Quality Management Review with Monitoring & Tracking Quality Trends, CAPA System, Calibration Program, Internal Auditing,
•Conducting Incoming Raw Material/chemical & Component Sampling, Inspection & Approval Programs, In-Process QA Lab  Sampling, testing and fill weight monitoring.
•Experience on "Datamyte System" is a plus.
 
Education and/or Experience   
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance  related role in a manufacturing facility with significant customer contact - Ability to monitor for chemical reactions/compatibility, safe storage, MSDS Review for identifying personnel safety issues.

Must have excellent documentation & communication skills with attention to details; organizational skills, self-motivated with initiative to make improvements, build the Quality System & improve/promote the business. Need positive attitude with responsiveness & sense of urgency - to both internal customers/co-workers and with customers; and EPA experience - in air, storm water, hazardous & non-hazardous waste disposal, enzyme monitoring - a plus.
