Small privately owned food processing plant plant with 200 employees and growing. The co has over 50 yrs in the food industry processing specialty food items. They have tripled their sales in the last 10 yrs and is just completing a major expansion. The co will offer someone a great opt for growth stability and success.
The position will manage over 3 leads and 15 techs on a three shift operation. Will be responsible for all food safety issuses, training quality production, lab analysis, plant audits and sanitation.
The co needs a good hands on manager or supervisor with four or more yrs experience as a supervisor or manager in a food or beverage processing plant. Must have skills in developing and training a strong quality team.
