FTS USA is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our team.

FTS  USA is a dynamic and growing company that provides residential cable installation to major cable companied throughout the South. Due to exceptional growth we are looking

for a Quality Control Technician.  The Quality Control (QC) Technician will ensure high quality work in cable installation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform inspection of cable installation to ensure that workmanship specifications are met
  
• Complete a minimum of 25 quality control inspections on contractor and in house installations daily
  
• Identify quality issues in underperforming technicians and subsequently coach technicians
  
• Ensures that all required process operations have been performed on the product that is being inspected.
  
• Provide timely feedback to management on training and progress of technicians
  
• Accurately completes all administrative activities associated with quality inspection.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of cable television (CATV) installation experience
  
• Valid driver’s license
  
• Previous experience mentoring or coaching technicians
  
• Strong organizational and communications skills. 
  
• Results driven and goal oriented.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction from executive team.
  
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, MVR & background check).
