Quality Engineer Needed Today!!
Exciting opportunity available with a growing manufacturing company located in the Greenville, NC area. Due to increasing sales volumes and recent expansions to the facility my client is seeking a career motivated Quality Engineer. This person should possess a high energy level be goal oriented and must pay close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:
1) Minimum of four-year Undergraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2) Minimum of two (2) years related manufacturing quality experience, preferably in automotive industry.
3) Requires mechanical and electrical knowledge to assist with decisions related to electro-mechanical processes.
4) Requires knowledge of the ISO based Quality Systems. Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (New Model) is a plus.
5) Requires effective human relation and communication skills to motivate others and lead them to determine solutions to complex problems.
6) Ability to handle multiple functions, work independently and to make effective decisions.
7) Must be well organized and deadline oriented.
8) Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions and technical terminology.
9) Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills needed for dealing effectively with Company personnel as well as with outside suppliers and customers.
10) Computer literate with both personal computers and manufacturing systems.
