Develops, implements, and maintains Quality Tools, Methods, and Systems that result in overall Continual Process Improvement for Internal and External Customer Satisfaction, Quality Improvement and Defect Prevention for product, process, component or material.


Leads Internal Audits.


Initiates Corrective and Preventative Action, reviews proposed solutions to problems, and ensures timely closure and effective follow up.


Performs Root Cause Analysis and leads Global 8D problem solving teams to resolve various problems resulting from Internal Audits or any other inputs resulting from the company’s Corrective Active System.


Provides the organization with inputs concerning quality directions by helping to define and implement Quality Tools and Programs across many areas of the company. 


Key liaison with other IR functions, customers, and suppliers to ensure that quality requirements, standards and specifications are defined and complied with through implementation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or related Technical Discipline.


Minimum 2 years ISO Auditing experience (either internal, second, or third party).  


Minimum 5 years of manufacturing industry experience (preferably in electronics or optics).


ASQ CQA or other Auditing Certification Preferred


Extensive knowledge and hands on experience with ISO 9000, QS9000, AS9000 or any other ISO 9000 based Quality System.
