You will have multi-plant
responsibilities for all quality engineering functions including but not
limited to planning, development, and implementation of best quality practices
in the manufacture of a complex electro-mechanical device.  You will be responsible for ensuring quality
of both new and existing products, meeting continuous improvement objectives,
and developing plans and processes to ensure continued success in the area of
product reliability.

Additional responsibilities will
include resolution of product quality issues to the customer’s satisfaction. You
will also be responsible for ongoing quality analysis such as Statistical
Process Control (SPC), capability studies, and other continuous improvement
techniques.

A qualified applicant will have a
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or other related degree)
combined with 3+ years experience. 
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality systems is required.  Ability to work independently and with little
supervision a major plus factor.

This position is located in the
beautiful suburban Philadelphia region and is commutable from the Lehigh
Valley, Pottstown or western New Jersey.
