DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with developing and implementing standards & methods for inspection, testing and evaluation of production parts.

Assists with designing and developing forms and instructions for recording and reporting quality data.

Establishes process for evaluating precision and accuracy of equipment & measuring equipment, including calibration procedures.

Operate and program CMM.  Knowledge of PPAP processes required.

Assists with directing quality team.

Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.

Coordinates corrective action reports and follow-up.

Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Perform duties in a safe manner with attention to safety and productivity of all associates.

Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

- knowledge of inspection and quality measurement devices.

- Computer literacy required.

- Must be able to read blueprints
