·         5 or more years of quality or manufacturing engineering experience

·         BS in Mechanical, Industrial or similar Engineering required

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience with close-tolerance, high-precision metal manufacturing processes

·         Excellent knowledge of TS-16949 and APQP / PPAP processes.   Auditor certification a plus.

·         Six sigma training and certification and lean manufacturing experience preferred

·         Knowledge of advanced metrology tools (CMM, Mahr / Talysurf / Zygo, etc…) useful

·         Ability to take full responsibility for projects and drive them to completion

·         Very high drive and hands-on bias
