¨       Assist Manufacturing / Engineering with troubleshooting mechanical assembly problems

¨       Coordinate customer audits

¨       Develop & Conduct Employee Quality/Product training

¨       Identify & Initiate corrective / preventive actions (Deltas’, Customer & Vendor)

¨       Identify & Initiate quality improvements through design changes, tooling improvement, inspection methods and process changes

¨       Interface with customer & vendors on non-conformance issues

¨       Assist in maintenance of non-conformance reporting (NCR) system

¨       Assist in management of Calibration System

¨       Assist in management of Corrective/Preventative Action System

¨       Respond to Customer Surveys

¨       Understand the handling and use of calibrated equipment

¨       Write or revise AS9100/ISO 9001 Procedures

¨       Minimum three (3) years experience in a related field

¨       Other duties as required by manager or delegate
