Miller Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of farm, ranch and pet products for over 65 years is searching for a highly motivated Quality and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. This Executive Level position is primarily responsible for managing and leading the Quality Assurance, Safety and Environmental Health initiatives for our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Technology, MBA preferred.

• At least seven years of experience leading quality efforts in a Lean Manufacturing environment.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• Experience with Environmental Health/Safety and Quality Management programs.

• At least five years Supervisory/Management Experience

Preferred credentials:

• ASQ Certification

• Experience with Statistical Process Control

Miller has locations in Eagan and Glencoe, MN.

The "home office" for this position will be in Glencoe.
