Description:
Electronic Inspector with experience Microelectronics.

Preferably with with Ball Grid Arrays, Tape Automated Bond, Hybrids, MCMs, SIPs, Flex Circuits, Power Modules, Sensors and Printed Circuit Boards.

Must be capable of reading and understanding drawings, applying visual inspection criteria from Company procedures and practices.

Must be able to read and understand drawings, applying visual inspection criteria from Company procedures and practices.

Understanding and the use of microscopes at magnification levels of 10X to 200X.

Must be familiar with stereo binocular microscopes.

Use of conventional measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages and gage blocks.

Requirements:
2-4 years experience •High school graduate with good oral and written skills.

Use of PC for data and process information and retrieval of work documents.

Preferred experience with MIL-PRF-38534 AND MIL-STD-883.

Final inspection for products in accordance with standard microelectronic procedures derived from IPC 610 AND MIL-STD-883.
