      1.    Develop and maintain a lean, world-class quality assurance system that gives Apex

     a competitive advantage in quality.

      2.    Develop and maintain robust processes that ensure that all products meet or exceed

     our client tolerances and specifications.                                                                                       

3.    Develop a Facility Audit program that maintains Plant readiness when followed.                              

      4.    Develop a customer satisfaction feedback process that allows Apex to be intimate with our clients.  

            5.  Develop and maintain an organization of high performing people 

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

Prior Experience:

This position requires more than 7 years and less than 15 years of successful experience in an executive quality assurance position in an effective Lean environment in the food or fluids  filling or manufacturing. 

Knowledge Requirements:

To be effective, this position has a high demand for manufacturing short  to mid run product cycles.

This position requires an understanding and direct experience with lean methodology and kaizen.

IQ, OQ, PQ, Six Sigma, GMP, HACCP,  OTC., Micro. Knowledge is normally acquired

through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
