Manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Quality Mangaer to analyze manufacturing processes, test and analyze product and process, develop and educate employees and management on the appropriate standard processes and procedures, and manage assigned projects, resources, and people to improve processes and increase profitability.

Essential functions of this job include:

• Conduct or assist direct reports with troubleshooting/investigating and auditing product and material quality issues.
  
• Collaborate with management and purchasing management to lead troubleshooting activities on vendor related issues.
  
• Train, direct and monitor auditors on projects. 
  
• Oversee raw material testing managing the process between product development and purchasing while product is in manufacturing process.
  
• Identify process improvement projects and opportunities. 

Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  
• 3 years manufacturing quality management experience
  
• 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
  
• Understand blueprints and engineering specifications
  
• Understand construction standards and mentods of construction
  
• Understand Lean manufacturing and other CQI tools and methods
